A nice example of this square 17th century token. Worn but reasonably well detailed. Ex John Rose Collection, DNW auction 17/11/20 lot 243 (part) and previously purchased at M Vosper, 1994.

O: WILLIAM DOGGETT in two lines above shield containing Grocer’s Arms which divides 16 68.
R: IN IPSWICH GROCER HIS HALF PENNY.

This token is listed in Dickinson as Suffolk 174 and in Norweb as N.4367. I would grade this token About Fine (Sheldon F15). I have provided high-resolution close up photos so you can decide on a grade for yourself.
