This token is listed in Withers & Withers, British Copper Tokens 1811-1820 as W.1082. I would grade this token Good Very Fine (Sheldon AU53) but I have provided high-resolution close up photos so you can decide on a grade for yourself.

For uncertified coins I provide a grading opinion using both the UK descriptive system and the Sheldon scale (based on ANA Grading Standards and/or PCGS Photograde) which will be better known to my US customers.
