A scarce 17th century token. Worn but reasonably well detailed.
O: IOHN KENT IN around beaded inner circle , 1667 within.
R: BARKWAY GROCER around beaded inner circle, K over IS within.
This token is listed in Dickinson as Hertfordshire 17 and in Norweb as N.2109. I would grade this token About Very Fine (Sheldon EF45). I have provided high-resolution close up photos so you can decide on a grade for yourself.
