An attractive example of this hammered penny struck at Bristol in 1280-81. Worn but well detailed. Weight 1.35g.

O: EDWR ANGL DNS HYB, crowned & draped bust facing.
R: VILLA BRISTOLLIE, long cross with a trefoil of dots in each quadrant.
