O: Prince of Wales’ triple-plumed crest within circle. BIRMINGHAM & SOUTH WALES 1812.
R: Horse within circle. ONE PENNY COPPER TOKEN.
E: Centre grained //////.

This token is listed in Withers & Withers, British Copper Tokens 1811-1820 as W.185. I would grade this token Good Very Fine (Sheldon AU53) but I have provided high-resolution close up photos so you can decide on a grade for yourself.
