A nice circulated example of this scarce one year type. Rather crudely struck as usual, and with some wear, but reasonably well detailed for this issue and toned to a medium chocolate brown.

I would grade this coin Fine (Sheldon VF25) but I have provided high-resolution close up photos so you can decide on a grade for yourself.
